Elizabethtown, KY — August 2009 — Sun Tan City, a leader in the indoor sun tanning industry, launched an on-site Live Chat function on its website at the beginning of August. Located in the top right-hand corner of the Sun Tan City website, this function expands the customer service presence.
“The Live Chat is about making it easy for our clients to reach out to us. Whether it’s by phone, email, chat, letters, Facebook, MySpace or Twitter we want to make it easy for our clients to reach us,” said Angela Rieger, Director of Marketing for Sun Tan City.
The Live Chat will be available Monday-Friday 8:00 am-9:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. After hours, the chat function automatically rolls over to allow clients to email Sun Tan City’s Customer Service Department.
