Sunless
Sun Tan City exclusively uses VersaSpa and MyMyst premium sunless tanning systems. Each gives you instant color with no UV light exposure. Your beautiful tan will set between four and six hours after your session and last up to seven days.
VersaSpa® and MyMyst® feature the latest and greatest technology in sunless tanning. With features that enhance both your tan and your overall experience, it's clear that both systems were thoughtfully designed with the desires of the tanner in mind. To demonstrate these features, let us walk you through a typical tanning session.
Instant
The Instant sun tanning bed is our highest-intensity and highest-quality tanning bed. Sessions are six to ten times stronger than the Fast bed and are an indulgent 12 minutes in length for all clients, no matter the skin tone. Tanners who use the Instant bed can get a dark, natural base tan in only two to three sessions, making it the absolute fastest way to get a natural, golden brown glow.
Fastest
The Fastest sun tanning bed is a higher intensity than the Fast or Faster beds; it is three to five times stronger than the Fast bed. At 10 to 12 minutes each, sessions in the Fastest bed are much shorter and deliver results three to five times sooner. Tanners using the Fastest bed can achieve a solid base tan in as few as four sessions and they can maintain their tans with only one or two sessions a week.
Faster
The Faster sun tanning bed is a slightly higher intensity tanning bed; it is about two to three times stronger than the Fast bed. This higher intensity makes sessions slightly shorter than those of the Fast bed (15 minutes instead of 20) and helps you reach your final results slightly quicker. The Faster bed also means less exposure to reddening UVB rays for a more golden tan than the Fast bed usually delivers.
FAST*
The Fast tanning bed provides our introductory level of sun tanning. The Fast bed is well suited for tanners on a budget who want to slowly build a base tan. Although the Fast beds may not be as powerful or quick on results as some of our more advanced equipment, they do boast extremely high-quality, carefully selected tanning lamps to get the job done right.
Our Fast beds are used in 20-minute sessions, with some locations offering a 10-minute "express" version for clients in a hurry.
