In order to make your membership a relaxing and rewarding experience, we want to make sure you understand not only the benefits of membership, but also the rights and responsibilities that apply to you, the Sun Tan City company, and our staff. Please refer to the information below to help clarify some of the finer points regarding your Club Sun membership.

This is an open-ended agreement and payments continue until you complete a Sun Tan City cancelation form. When doing so, you will receive a copy of the form. Keep that copy as a proof of cancelation.

Today's payment covers tanning for this month plus any cost to join. Your first regular payment is due on the 1st of next month.

Cancelation, payment type changes, and freezes must be made at Sun Tan City any time prior to the 1st of the month on a Sun Tan City change form. Please keep the copy you will receive.

Automatic payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

Pre-payments are welcome and must be made prior to the 1st of the month.

Sun Tan City may re-process dishonored automatic payments three times during the month.

This plan cannot be shared or transferred.

There are no refunds for unused months. Accounts may be frozen in order to avoid full payment.

Sun Tan City consents only to agreements in writing and not verbal agreements.

Sun Tan City may modify or cancel this plan at anytime. Changes to plans may be made by posting notifications in the lobby of the Sun Tan City location.
