Club Sun memberships provide great discounted tanning rates to their subscribers. Our memberships are on a month-to-month basis, so there is no long term commitment! Enroll with our Fast bed for the lowest price commitment or advance your golden bronze glow even faster with our Instant bed and sunless tanning options for one low price every month.
Discounts on tanning bed upgrades come with our Club Sun membership plans, too! We want you to feel confident that you're receiving the very best tanning discounts possible with your Club Sun plan, no matter which one you choose.

- Can I use my Club Sun membership at other Sun Tan City locations?
Yes! With a Club Sun membership from Sun Tan City, you can sun tan where you want, however you want! We're all about giving you the opportunity to take a little bit of time out of your day to relax, unwind, and feel pampered. To us, that means giving you the opportunity to tan with us wherever it is most convenient for you—whether that means close to home, close to work, or on vacation, we're always ready and able to help you look and feel your best.
Sun Tan City has more than 230 locations across 17 states for your convenience. And to make sure your visit is as hassle-free as possible, all our salons are connected with the same client network—meaning once you're enrolled in Club Sun, all our locations have your membership available and can confirm it in just a few clicks. No matter what location you choose, we'll have you on your way to a shimmering glow with as little fuss as possible.
Keep in mind that not all locations have the full range of products. While we try our best to offer the full range of Sun Tan City options everywhere, Fast tanning beds may be unavailable at your closest location. Please give the salon a call ahead of time to confirm with your Tanning Consultant that the bed or product you prefer is available.
- How does Club Sun auto-pay work?
Club Sun from Sun Tan City is all about convenience. We want you to tan however you want, wherever you want! That's why Club Sun is built around our hassle-free automatic monthly payment system. Once you've fulfilled the initial Club Sun signup payment, the rest of your payments are made automatically. So all you have to do is lie back, relax, and Let Yourself Shine®!
Setting up automatic payment is fast and easy. Talk to your Sun Tan City Tanning Consultant to find out which one of our Club Sun memberships is the perfect fit for you. Remember, if you're under 18, restrictions may apply and at a minimum your parent or guardian must accompany you in order to set up your Club Sun membership.
The day you decide to enroll in a Club Sun membership, be sure to bring a valid credit or debit card or a voided check to get your automatic payments set up. Sun Tan City can set up your Club Sun membership with credit, debit, or bank account information—whatever is the most comfortable for you. Sun Tan City is a member of the Better Business Bureau and we're proud of the confidence our clean record brings to our membership clients. We're a locally operated business available for your membership concerns any time during normal salon hours. You can feel confident setting up automatic payment options with us.
Once set up, the Club Sun auto-pay system works just like other automatically billed membership services. Your payments will be made automatically at the same time each month using the method of payment you indicated when you signed up. Once your payments are active, you're free to tan when it is most convenient for you—it's that easy!

- How can I change my Club Sun billing information?
Changing your Club Sun automatic payment information is easy and as convenient as your closest Sun Tan City location. To make any billing changes, please stop by one of our salons during normal business hours and speak with a Tanning Consultant in person. He or she will be able to provide you with any help you need regarding your Club Sun membership including billing information, upgrades, and additional product information.
For the fastest service possible, have your credit or debit card or voided check with you when you arrive so that your Tanning Consultant can retrieve your information quickly and make your requested changes. Your Tanning Consultant will be happy to take care of everything so that you can get back to being pampered.

- How can I cancel my Club Sun membership?
For your convenience, we do allow Club Sun memberships to be frozen. Whether you need to take a break from sun tanning or are taking your time considering taking advantage of one of our upgrades, you can freeze your account at any time after your monthly agreement has been met.
Here's how freezing your Club Sun account works:
Once you decide it's time to freeze your account, simply visit any Sun Tan City salon location and speak with a Tanning Consultant. He or she can put the freeze into effect immediately and there is no cost to you up front. It's that easy!
While your account is frozen, a $5 automatic freeze payment will continue to be applied to your account every month for as long as your account is on hold.
When it's time to get back to tanning, simply come back to Sun Tan City and request that the freeze be lifted and the membership resumed. All the monthly freeze payments that have been applied to your account will be credited back towards your monthly Club Sun membership.
There are no penalties, new enrollments, or change of terms with a Club Sun freeze—just the break you need when life gets busy. And after reactivation, you're welcome to continue to tan how you want, wherever you want! Utilize the Club Sun freeze option anytime and we'll hope to see you reactivate as soon as possible so you can continue to Let Yourself Shine®.
- When is the last day to cancel my membership?
Club Sun memberships are flexible and offer a wide variety of options to keep you tanning. If you've been unsatisfied with your Club Sun membership for any reason, we'd love the chance to make it right. Please consider speaking with a Sun Tan City Tanning Consultant to find out if there is an option available through Club Sun that can exceed your expectations. We're willing to work with you any way we can—after all, you're worth it.
Rather than canceling, many of our clients choose to freeze their accounts once their monthly agreement has been met. It's simple, fast, and works perfectly with a busy schedule. There's no additional signup hassle if you decide to resume and any applicable fees can be credited back to your Club Sun membership when you reactivate.
If you decide that it's time to stop sun tanning, canceling is an easy process that you can start any time after your first monthly agreement has been met. Just stop by your closest Sun Tan City location and speak with a Tanning Consultant. He or she can cancel your account immediately.
For your convenience, please cancel before the end of the month to avoid incurring one last monthly payment charge. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us!
- Can I place a hold on my Club Sun account?
Before you consider canceling your Club Sun membership, consider taking advantage of our flexible upgrade and downgrade options or freezing your account until you're ready to tan again. We know you love sun tanning and sunless tanning and we love providing you with everything you need to pamper yourself! Talk to your Sun Tan City Tanning Consultant to see if there is an option in the Club Sun program that can meet your needs.
Remember, to avoid being billed for the next month after you decide to cancel, you need to stop by your closest Sun Tan City to process the cancellation on or before the end of the current month.
We hope that your Tanning Consultant is able to provide you with an alternative to your current membership that keeps you looking great, feeling great, and tanning with Sun Tan City. After all, you're worth it!
- Can I cancel my Club Sun membership by phone?
If you decide to cancel your Sun Tan City Club Sun membership, we hope you have enjoyed tanning with us and will consider us for your sun tanning and sunless tanning needs in the future.
Please consider speaking with a Sun Tan City Tanning Consultant if you feel dissatisfied with your Club Sun membership in any way. We're here to help and would love the opportunity to make your tanning experience the best it can be.
If your schedule is too hectic to allow you to tan on a regular basis, consider our convenient Club Sun account freeze option. You can freeze any time after your monthly agreement has been met, with no penalties or additional fees. Just $5 a month freezes your account and every penny is reimbursed to your Club Sun account upon reactivation. It's fast and easy to do.
If you still want to cancel your Club Sun account, we encourage you to stop by your local salon so that we can provide you with a printed receipt detailing that the membership has been cancelled. If it is simply not convenient to get to your nearest Sun Tan City, please contact Client Services at 1-877-362-1097.
