Donation Request Form
At Sun Tan City, we make it a priority to give back to the communities that support us. If you have a charity or organization that you would like us to help out, please tell us more about it. Attach any letters, flyers or other forms you have regarding your event. We do consider all requests, but are unable to fulfill any monetary (cash donation) requests. Also, all requests should be made prior to 60 days of the event for consideration. For requests relating to fundraising within the salons, please contact us at marketing@suntancity.com.
