Which Tanning Bed Makes the Most Sense for Your Tanning Needs

With five tanning beds to choose from and tanning experts on hand to pair your skin type with the right equipment and tanning lotions, you are sure to leave Sun Tan City feeling perfectly golden with a personal tanning plan that fits your tanning style.

In order to figure out which bed makes the most sense for you, it’s best to have a few questions outlined and answered before you head into Sun Tan City for the first time…

Job Description

STC Management Group, LLC d/b/a Sun Tan City seeks a Manager of Field Finance and Budget Analysis in Elizabethtown, KY to develop and report on operating plan and budget reports for store operations, field management and corporate expenses, analyze results, prepare business plans and assist Geographic Information System planning.

Job Requirements

Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, one year financial and budget analysis experience, and experience with preparation of budget reports, cost analysis, fiscal allocation and budget preparation, and knowledge of economic and accounting practices, financial markets, banking and financial data analysis and reporting.

Vitamin D Awareness Month

Even though you may get plenty of Vitamin D through sunlight in the Spring and Summer months, many people have a Vitamin D deficiency in Fall and Winter. While dairy provides a powerful punch of Vitamin D, sometimes it just isn’t enough.

Our bodies convert sunlight into Vitamin D kind of like how a plant processes sunlight to make food. Vitamin D helps our bodies absorb calcium in the blood stream, which is vital to maintaining bone strength and tooth health. So if you are Vitamin D deficient, you are more prone to fractures and cavities.

Because sunlight likes to hide during Fall and Winter, tanning beds are a good way to combat the lack of sun. Even though it’s not natural sunlight, each tanning bed has UV rays, which helps your body product Vitamin D.

So you not only get to relax in the tanning bed, but do something good for yourself and give your body that needed sunlight to product Vitamin D.

Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is a very special time for so many couples, and if you’re anything like me you want to look your absolute best. I’m going to share my little routine on how I get ready for my Valentine’s Day date every year.

The first thing I do to pamper my skin is to exfoliate while I’m in the shower, then apply a good tan extender lotion afterwards. This makes my skin very soft and silky – perfect for being touched.

Next, I do the Double Dip at Sun Tan City. I apply a good indoor tanning lotion and face lotion, then slide into the Instant bed for a few minutes. I bring my iPod so I can listen to something really relaxing like opera or the sound of waves. I love the music Sun Tan City plays, but when I’m taking a long bubble bath I always listen to opera.

Then after my warm Instant session is done, I step into the VersaSpa. The Tanning Consultants always help me choose which level I get. But when I’m pampering myself for Valentine’s Day, I add on the moisturizing solution to give my skin a little treat. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it looks great!

And on my way out the door, I pick up the hottest bottle of OPI in the lobby and take that with me to get my nails done the next day.

So that’s my little routine. What’s yours?
