While I’m on tanning forums, I see this question over and over again… “Can your skin tan after doing the VersaSpa?” The answer is simple, and I think you’re going to like it. Yes.
The VersaSpa solution gives you a natural looking tan, but it does not build tolerance to UV light. So it’s a great way to get a quick tan without multiple visits to the salon, pool or beach.
However, if you’re planning on tanning and doing the VersaSpa, you’ll get the best results if you tan first. This is called our Double Dip. The reason you want to go into the VersaSpa second is because you want to avoid sweat, rain, and lotion while the solution is setting – which takes about 4 – 6 hours.

So what’s a good way to make sure you’re exfoliating just right? Start by choosing an exfoliating scrub with no additional salt. Salt can actually hinder the tanning process, and make your color fade long before it would naturally.
